Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD)
MLD is a clinical massage technique using slow, rhythmic, and very light pressure to stimulate the movement of lymph through the body’s natural drainage pathways. It is not painful, forceful, or invasive — and is often described as deeply calming.
MLD therapists are specially trained to follow the anatomy of lymphatic vessels and nodes, guiding lymph toward central drainage areas (such as the thoracic duct and subclavian veins). This helps clear excess fluid, proteins, and cellular waste.
